Difference between Angel 5500, 7500 and 8500S
When juicing vegetables, it is easy to accidentally overload the slow juicer by putting too many greens in the grinder at once. This can result in a large pressure building up inside the filter strainer which can cause the welds or the fine mesh strainer to break.
To minimize this problem, all Angel juices are equipped with a small sensor that automatically stops the machine if this happens. The Angel 7500 and 8500S automatically run the rollers backwards a couple of times to empty the mill and remove the pressure and then continue forward again. On the Angel 5500, you must press the 'reverse' button yourself and start again - thus a more manual solution.
Another difference between the three models is that the Angel 7500 and 8500S have a thermostatically controlled ventilator that cools the machine. Angel 5500 does not have a thermostat and the ventilator therefore works constantly.
The final difference is that the Angel 5500 and 7500 are made of food-grade SUS304 steel, while the Angel 8500S is made of SUS316 stainless steel, in so-called surgical grade. That is the explanation for the price difference between Angel 7500 and Angel 8500S.
